AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lot 23 of Hilltop Village Section 3 Lot 23, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements described
below are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 23; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said lot 10.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence continuing Northerly along said Westerly line 15.89 feet to the Northerly line of the aforementioned natural water course easement; thence Easterly along said Northerly line 66.52 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 23; thence Southerly along said Easterly line 15.36 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of a 10 foot wide easement to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence Southwesterly along said Northerly line 39.09 feet to an angle point in said easement; thence Westerly along said Northerly line 30.19 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1988.
