AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lot 5 of Page
Lindbergh Park, being part of Section 25, Township 46 North, Range
5 East, and in Lot 2 of the Subdivision of the Charles Mueller
Estate, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Section 25, Township 46
North, Range 5 East in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Parcel 1 being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
easement in Lot 5 of Page Lindbergh Park as recorded in Plat Book
135, Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records.
Parcel 2 being a twenty-five foot (25') wide easement
in Lot 2 of the Subdivision of the Charles Mueller Estate as
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point on the East line of Lot 5, Page Lindbergh Park as recorded at Plat Book 135, Page 74 of St. Louis County Records, said point located South 1 degree 1 minute and 37 seconds West 33.0 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence South 1 degree 1 minute and 37 seconds West 183.0 feet to a point; thence North 83 degrees 58 minutes and 23 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 1 degree 1 minute and 37 seconds East 183.0 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees, 58 minutes and 23 seconds East 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - A tract of land located in part, in Lot 2 of the Subdivision of the Charles Mueller Estate according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9 Page 53 and in Section
25, Township 46 North, Range 5 East,and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the existing West right of way line of Route 61/67 (Lindbergh Boulevard), said point being the most Southwestern corner of a parcel of land acquired by the State Highway Commission of Missouri, N/K/A the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and recorded in Book 4394 Page 635; thence South 03 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds West along the said existing West right of way line of Route 61/67 for a distance of 189.93 feet; thence South 03 degrees 30 minutes West along said West right of way line for a distance of 185.42 feet; thence North 49 degrees 14 minutes East for a distance of 34.91 feet; thence North 03 degrees 30 minutes East for a distance of 161.05 feet; thence North 03 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds East for a distance of 195.63 feet; thence South 80 degrees 39 minutes 44 seconds West 25.64 feet to the point of beginning.
