AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title or interest of
the District in the public sewer and in the conditionally vacated
alley in City Block 2250 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the
District vacate all right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject sewer and alley and the District has no further use
for said sewer and conditionally vacated alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates all right, title or interest that it may have in
the following described public sewer and conditionally vacated
alley fifteen feet (15') wide, to wit: Beginning at a point on the Eastern line of Ewing Avenue, 50 feet wide, at its intersection with the Northern line of said 15 foot (15') wide alley; thence Eastwardly along said Northern alley line, 117 feet more or less to an angle point therein, at the Southeast corner of Lot 5 of the "Continuation of Larned's Addition"; thence Northwardly along the Eastern line of Lot 5, 15.4 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the Northern line of said alley; thence Eastwardly along said Northern alley line, 222.75 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of Lot 34 of Block 1 of the "Second Subdivision of Ranken's Estate"; thence leaving said point and running Southwardly 15 feet (15') to a point on the Southern line of said alley at the Northeast corner of Lot 9 of Block 1 of the "Second Subdivision of Ranken's Estate"; thence Westwardly along said alley line, 200 feet, more or less, to an angle point therein, at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Block 1 of the "Second Subdivision of Ranken's Estate"; thence Southeastwardly along said alley line, 31.5 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence Westwardly along said alley line, 117 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the Eastern Line of Ewing Avenue, as aforementioned; thence Northwardly along said Eastern street line, 15 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1988.
