AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Winheim Acres, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: A 10 foot (10') wide easement lying parallel to and 10 feet (10') East of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 5 of said Winheim Acres, said point bears South 88 degrees 49 minutes East for a distance of 195.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence South 00 degrees 49 minutes West for a distance of 500.00 feet to the point of ending of this Easement Release. Said point is on the South boundary line of Lot 9 of Winheim Acres and bears South 88 degrees 49 minutes East for a distance of 195.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 9, as recorded in Plat Book 55 Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1988.
