O R D I N A N C E NO. 7419
AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 87176 (Morrow
Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 87176 (Morrow Drive).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 87176
(Morrow Drive) shall be as follows:
MORROW DRIVE
SUBDISTRICT NO. 87176
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 8 of
Lindbergh Acres", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book
31 Page 22 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
Southwesterly along the West line of We Avenue to the
Southeast corner of Lot 21 of "Lindbergh Acres", thence
Northwesterly along the South line of Lindbergh Acres
to the Southwest corner of Lot 27 of "Lindbergh Acres",
thence Northeasterly to the Southwest corner of Lot 2
of "Lindbergh Acres", thence Southeasterly to the
Southwest corner of Lot 3 of "Lindbergh Acres", thence
Northeasterly to the Northwest corner of said Lot 3,
thence Southeasterly along the North line of "Lindbergh
Acres" to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1988.
