AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Shady Hill Acres, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot easement along the South line of Lot
1 of Shady Hill Acres, as recorded in Plat
Book 65, Page 28 of the St. Louis County
Records; excepting therefrom the eastern five
(5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1988.
