AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Hood
No. 2511 (86003), in the City of Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Hood No. 2511 (86003) in the City of Overland, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 10th day of March, 1988 and formally executed on
the 21st day of March, 1988 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1988.
