AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($210,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Interstate Industrial Park Pump Station & Force Main (87111), in
the City of Fenton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of sanitary
sewers is One Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand One Hundred Eighty-nine
and 50/100 Dollars ($169,189.50), and the cost of engineering,
inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, easement
fees and allowance for construction change orders is Forty
Thousand Eight Hundred Ten and 50/100 Dollars ($40,810.50), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand
Dollars ($210,000.00) is hereby appropriated form the Improvement
Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Interstate Industrial Park Pump Station & Force Main
(87111), in the City of Fenton, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1988.
