AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Essex
Contracting, Inc., for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Interstate Industrial Park Pump Station & Force Main (87111), in
the City of Fenton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Essex Contracting, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Interstate Industrial Park Pump Station & Force Main (87111), in
the City of Fenton, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th
day of March, 1988 and formally executed on the 21st day of March,
1988 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 13, 1988.
