Home My Public Portal About07429 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7429 AN ORDINANCE, vacating all right, title, or interest of the District in a private street, and vacating portions of sewer easements in Outlot A, Lot 4, Lot 1 and Lot 5 of Edwin Lane Plat One, Two and Three, in Section 10, Township 44 North, Range 4 East in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the land has requested that the District vacate all right, title or interest that it may have in the subject private street and portions of sewer easements, and the District will be granted new sewer easements, and a new street will be dedicated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates all right, title or interest that it may have in the following described private street and portions of sewer easements, to wit: Four parcels of land located in Edwin Lane Plat One, Plat Two and Plat Three in Section 10, Township 44 North, Range 4 East of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Outlot A of Edwin Lane Plat Three as recorded in Plat Book 242, Page 71 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in part of Lot 4 and part of Outlot A of said Edwin Lane Plat Three. Parcel 3 being a fifty foot (50') wide private road easement, known as Westrun Drive, as recorded in Edwin Lane Plat 2 One, as recorded in Plat Book 173, Page 83, Edwin Lane Plat Two as recorded in Plat Book 194, Page 41 of the St. Louis County Records, and as recorded in said Edwin Lane Plat Three. Parcel 4 being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in part of Lot 4 of said Edwin Lane Plat Three.
