City of Richmond, Indiana .for the Fiscal year beginninq January 1, 1974 and
ending December 31, 1974 and at:s,-ovrhI tho additional compensation to Certain
Appointed officials of the city, other than oovernmrntal, who perform services
for the City, which services are connected with the operation of Municipally -
owned Utility or Functions.
RE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1: That for the Fiscal vuar beginning January 1, 1974 and ending
December 31, i974, the following Appointed Officers and hlzmployees of the
City of Richmond, Indiana shall receive the following salaries:

SECTION 3: Bc it farther Ordained that the payment of additional compensation
to Certain Appointive Offtc:ialb of thn City of Richmond, indiana who perform
servicus for the City other khan Governmental, which are connected with the
operation of Municipally -owned Utilities or fu?u-tions;, the same as determined
and fixed by the administrative authority in control of the operation of said
utilities or function, :and after being duly approved by the Mayor, is hereby
approved.
