AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 6 of Woodview Manor in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the Northern line of said Lot 6, said point being South 89 degrees 27 minutes 19 seconds West 36.11 feet from the Northeastern corner of said Lot 6; thence South 0 degrees 32 minutes 45 seconds East 94.90 feet to the Northern line of an existing easement; thence, along the Northern line of said easement, North 89 degrees 27 minutes 19 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said easement North 0 degrees 32 minutes 45 seconds North 94.90 feet to a point on the Northern line of said Lot 6; thence along the Northern line of said Lot 6 South 89 degrees 27 minutes 19 seconds West 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 261, Page 61 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1988.
