HomeMy Public PortalAbout07438 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7438 AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in private streets in Justin Court in Township 43 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject private streets, and this District has no further use for these private streets, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following described private street, Tammy Kay Drive and Justin Court: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of the aforementioned Justin Court; thence along the Southerly line of Lot 1, South 68 degrees 52 minutes 34 seconds West, 56.93 feet; thence South 70 degrees 44 minutes 29 seconds West 84.00 feet to the Westerly line of a private road and utility easement known as Tammy Kay Drive, and a point of curvature; thence along the arc of a curve to the left, through an arc distance of 32.03, said curve having a radius of 20 feet and a central angle of 90 degrees to a point of curvature; thence along the arc of a curve to the right, through an arc distance of 80.42 feet said curve having a radius of 64 feet and a central angle of 70 degrees 37 minutes 11 seconds to a point of tangency; thence North 50 degrees 59 minutes 29 seconds East 40.86 feet; thence North 13 degrees 07 minutes 26 seconds West 507.95 feet to the Southerly line of Lot 4, also being the Southerly line of a private road and utility easement known as Justin Court; thence along said Southerly line, North 88 degrees 27 minutes 35 seconds West 1184.54 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 7 of the aforementioned Justin Court; thence along the Easterly line of Lot 7, North 01 degrees 32 minutes 25 seconds East 50.00 feet to the Northerly line of the aforementioned private road and utility easement known as Justin Court; thence along said Northerly line, South 88 degrees 27 minutes 35 seconds East 1323.19 feet to the Westerly line of Lot 3 of the aforementioned Justin Court; thence along said Westerly line, South 01 degrees 32 minutes 25 seconds West 50.00 feet; thence North 88 degrees 27 minutes 35 seconds West 86.97 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1 also being the Northeast corner of the private road and utility easement known as Tammy Kay Drive; thence along said Easterly line of Lot 1, South 13 degrees 07 minutes 26 seconds East 567.21 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, as recorded in Plat Book 206, Pages 12 and 13 of the St. Louis County Records.
