AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-seven Thousand Eight
Hundred Thirty-five Dollars ($97,835.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of Coldwater Sludge
Force Main & Pump Station Sewer Project, Contract E-640.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-seven Thousand Eight
Hundred Thirty-five Dollars ($97,835.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for the final design
of Coldwater Sludge Force Main & Pump Station Sewer Project,
Contract E-640.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1988.
