AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-640 with Russell & Axon, Inc.
for engineering services for the final design of Coldwater Sludge
Force Main & Pump Station project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into contract E-640 with
Russell & Axon, Inc. for engineering services for the final design
of Coldwater Sludge Force Main & Pump Station Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1988.
