AN ORDINANCE, transferring all funds in the Bond
Reserve Account and the Depreciation and Replacement Account of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and any moneys received
or to be received by said accounts to the General Fund of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to be used for any lawful
purpose.
WHEREAS, all of the Revenue Bonds and interest thereon
for The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District which were
authorized by and issued pursuant to Ordinance No. 5919 adopted
March 13, 1985, have been paid and redeemed, and there is no
further obligation of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
concerning such bonds, and
WHEREAS, the accounts known as the Bond Reserve Account
and the Depreciation and Replacement Account is composed of moneys
derived from and used for the benefit of the entire District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. All funds now in the Bond Reserve Account
and the Depreciation and Replacement Account of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District together with any moneys received or to
be received by said accounts are hereby transferred to the General
Fund of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to be used for
any lawful purpose.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1988.
