AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Gateway
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in Carter
Court No. 11 (87118), in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gateway Contractors, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of a gabion wall in Carter
Court No. 11 (87118), in the City of Olivette, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 4th day of April, 1988 and formally executed on
the 12th day of April, 1988 by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1988.
