Home My Public Portal About2815-1973 - Appropriation - 1974 BudgetPrescribed by State Board of Accounts City Budget Form (Rev. 1961) Amended by the Common AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 2B15-1973 Council 8-20-73 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1,1974 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1974, INCLUSIVE, INCLUDING ALL OUT STANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, That for the expenses of the City Government and its i-nstitutions for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1974 and ending December 31,1974, inclusive, the following sums of money be her_e`av appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise stipulated and provided by law. SECTION 2. That for the Fiscal year beginning January 1, 1974 and ending December 31, 1974, inclusive, there is hereby appropriated out of the General Sinking Fund the sum of: $ 118,918.75 SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, signature of the President of Common Council affixed, submission to and approval of the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and publication as required by law, and the required approval of all Statutory Boards.
