AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Starboard
Side, in Lot 1 of U. S. Survey 2992 Township 44 North Range 6
East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the most southerly corner of Starboard Side, as recorded in Plat Book 261, Page 45, St. Louis County Records; thence along the southwesterly line of said Starboard Side, North 46 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds West 110.45 feet; thence leaving said southwesterly line and continuing, North 44 degrees 17 minutes 21 seconds East 25.00 feet the true point of beginning of this description; thence describing the aforesaid parcel of land the following courses and distances: North 45 degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds West 5.00 feet, North 44 degrees 17 minutes 21 seconds East 80.00 feet, South 45 degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds East 10.00 feet, South 44 degrees 17 minutes 21 seconds West 80.00 feet and North 45 degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds West 5.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 261 Page 45 of the St. Louis County records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1988.
