ORDINANCE NO. 2816-1973
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $488,049.00 FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY
FUND OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING
THE EXPENSE OF,THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND OF SAID CITY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR
1974 BUDGETING THE SAME, LIMITING THE USE THEREOF AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN SAME
SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that here be and there is hereby appropriated the sum of $468,049,00 to the Motor
Vehicle Highway Fund of said City, and that the same shall be set apart and budgeted
for the various items and expenditures as followas
