AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Goodwin Bros.
Construction Company for the construction of the Missouri River
Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase III, C-1276, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Goodwin Bros. Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of the Missouri
River Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase III, C-1276, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 31st day of March,
1988, and formally executed on the 17th day of May, 1988, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1988.
