Home My Public Portal About07463 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7463 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of easements in the Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 11, Township 44 North Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of the easements in the Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 11, Township 44 North Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Five parcels of land located in Lots 38, 39, 54, 55, 56 and 57 of Shadow Ridge as recorded in Deed Book 6452, Page 695 and Plat Book 133, Page 69 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 Lot 38 Commencing at the intersection of the West line of "Brightfield Plat 3", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 125 on June 23, 1975 in the St. Louis County Records, and the North line of "Shadowoak Plat 4", a sub-division according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 145 on May 21, 1980 in the St. Louis County Records; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 17 seconds West 226.04 feet along the North line of said "Shadowoak Plat 4: to the intersection of said North line of "Shadowoak Plat 4" and the Southwest line of said 15 foot easement to St. Louis County Sewer Company; thence North 30 degrees 01 minutes 54 seconds West 89.10 feet along said Southwest line of the 15 foot easement to St. Louis County Sewer Company to the actual point of beginning; thence North 30 degrees 01 minutes 54 seconds West 21.68 feet along said Southwest line thereof to a point; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 07 degrees 31 minutes 28 seconds West 185.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 6.99 feet to a point; thence South 11 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds East 20.21 feet to the point of beginning.
