AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-four Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($74,500.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for project costs for the reconstruction of
manholes and inlets in Maintenance Repairs No. 33 (S-2382, C-
1315), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the reconstruction of said
manholes and inlets is Sixty-three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($63,550.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($10,950.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-four Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($74,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for
the reconstruction of manholes and inlets in Maintenance Repairs
No. 33 (S-2382, C-1315), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1988.
