AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($56,300.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 23-B (S-2177, C-1313), in the
City of Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Forty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars
($47,988.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement fees and
allowance for construction change orders is Eight Thousand Three
Hundred Twelve Dollars ($8,312.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-six Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($56,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 23-B
(S-2177, C-1313), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1988.
