AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Byrne & Jones
Enterprises for the construction of a gabion wall in Warson Woods
Dr. - North Dr. (86083), in the City of Warson Woods, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Byrne & Jones Enterprises as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in
Warson Woods Dr. - North Dr. (86083), in the City of Warson
Woods, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of May, 1987
and formally executed on the 17th day of May, 1988 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary--
Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1988.
