AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with R.V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in St. Clement No.
12137 (S-1805, C-1321), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R.V. Wagner, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder for the construction of storm sewers in St. Clement No.
12137 (S-1805, C-1321), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri, with
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 9th day of May, 1988 and formally
executed on the 17th day of May, 1988 by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1988.
