AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten Equipment
Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in Watkins Creek-
Spanish Lake Relief Sewer (S-2138, C-1320), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Watkins Creek-Spanish Lake Relief Sewer (S-2138, C-1320), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of
May, 1988 and formally executed on the 14th day of June, 1988 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1988.
