AN ORDINANCE, transferring One Million Six Hundred Ten
Thousand Dollars ($1,610,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District to the Emergency Fund to provide monetary resources for
emergencies in the operation and maintenance of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Six Hundred Ten
Thousand Dollars ($1,610,000.00) is hereby transferred from the
General Fund of the District to the Emergency Fund to provide
monetary resources for emergencies in the operation and
maintenance of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1988.
