AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Zurich Insurance
Company (Alexander & Alexander, Inc., agent) for the District's
Boiler and Machinery Insurance coverage from July 1, 1988 to June
30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Zurich Insurance Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Boiler and Machinery
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Three Thousand Seven Hundred
Sixty-nine Dollars ($3,769.00) for such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such Boiler and Machinery coverage from
July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1988.
