AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to MOAC/Continental
Insurance Company ( Alexander & Alexander, Inc., agent) for the
District's Contractor's Equipment Floater Insurance coverage from
July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The MOAC/Continental Insurance Company,
who submitted a quote for the District's Contractor's Equipment
Floater Insurance coverage, at a premium of Eight Thousand One
Hundred Thirty-four Dollars ($8,134.00) for such policy period, is
hereby awarded the contract for such Contractor's Equipment
Floater Insurance coverage from July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1988.
