AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Commercial Union
Insurance Company (Alexander & Alexander, Inc., agent) for the
District's Primary Premise Liability Insurance coverage from July
1, 1988 to June 30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Commercial Union Insurance Company,
who submitted a quote for the District's Primary Premise Liability
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Forty-six Thousand Two Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($46,225.00) for such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such Primary Premise Liability Insurance
coverage from July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1988.
