AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to General
Reinsurance Corporation (Alexander and Alexander, agent) for the
District's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage from
July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The General Reinsurance Corporation, who
submitted a quote for the District's Excess Workers' Compensation
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Twenty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Twenty Dollars ($27,520.00) for such policy period, is
hereby awarded the contract for such Excess Workers' Compensation
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1988.
