AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to National Union
(AIG) Insurance Company (Alexander & Alexander, Inc., agent) for
the District's Public Official Liability Insurance coverage from
July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The National Union (AIG) Insurance
Company, who submitted a quote for the District's Public Official
Liability Insurance coverage at a premium of One Hundred Twenty-
eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-three Dollars ($128,693.00) for
such policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such Public
Official Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1988 to June
30, 1989.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1988.
