HomeMy Public PortalAbout07486REPEALED 7/12/89 BY 7852 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7486 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 7341, as adopted December 9, 1987, and enacting a new Ordinance in lieu thereof, prescribing the Classification Plan for all employees in the Classified service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an emergency clause. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 7341, as adopted December 9, 1987, is hereby repealed and superseded. Section Two. Subject to the Civil Service Rules for administration, all positions in the Classified service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District shall be classified, coded, and graded as follows, effective July 4, 1988: THE METROPOLITAN ST. Section Three. The Classification Plan as hereby prescribed is essential for the operation of the District, and requires enactment without delay, thus creating an emergency within the meaning of the Plan. Accordingly, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1988.
