AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with St. Louis
County, Missouri whereby St. Louis County, Missouri will
contribute Community Development Block Grant funds for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 87059 (Fenton
Hills and Flora Del), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with St. Louis County, Missouri whereby St. Louis County, Missouri
will contribute Community Development Block Grant funds for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 87059 (Fenton
Hills and Flora Del), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Office of General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
