AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lot 5 of Bansbach Close, in the City of Des Peres, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in Lot
5 of Bansbach Close, in the City of Des Peres, St. Louis County,
Missouri, described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5 of "Bansbach Close"; thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds East 19.79 feet along the South line of said Lot 5 of "Bansbach Close" to a point; thence North 3 degrees 18 minutes 58 seconds East 20.03 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds West 5.01 feet to a point; thence North 3 degrees 18 minutes 58 seconds East 63.09 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 73 degrees 46 minutes 48 seconds East 190.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 32.69 feet to a point; thence South 3 degrees 18 minutes 58 seconds West 93.67 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 32 minutes 02 seconds West 5.01 feet to the actual point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 4280, Page 637 and shown on Bansbach Close as recorded in Plat Book 265, Page 56 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
