AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-one Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($61,200.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Maintenance Repair No. 142 (J.B. Martigney Outfall),
87166, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Fifty-one Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-nine Dollars
($51,399.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Nine Thousand Eight Hundred One
Dollars ($9,801.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-one Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($61,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repair No. 142
(J.B. Martigney Outfall) 87166, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
