AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repair No. 142 (J.B. Martigney Outfall) 87166, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repair No. 142 (J.B. Martigney Outfall) 87166, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of
June, 1988 and formally executed on the 14th day of June, 1988 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
