AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($8,800.00) from the Fee Fee Extension and
Improvement Fund to pay Taylor-Morley-Simon, Inc. a recoupment for
sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it pursuant to a
recoupment contract with the District, dated February 26, 1988, as
authorized by Ordinance No. 5867, adopted February 13, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($8,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
Extension and Improvement Fund to pay Taylor-Morley-Simon, Inc. a
recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it
pursuant to a recoupment contract with the District, dated
February 26, 1988, as authorized by Ordinance No. 5867, adopted
February 13, 1985.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
