AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-nine Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-nine and 02/100 Dollars ($69,669.02) from the Fee
Fee Extension and Improvement Fund to pay The Jones Company a
recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it
pursuant to a recoupment contract with the District, dated May 18,
1988, as authorized by Ordinance No. 6620, adopted July 9, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-nine Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-nine and 02/100 Dollars ($69,669.02) is hereby
appropriated from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Fund to
pay The Jones Company a recoupment for sanitary sewer construction
costs advanced by it pursuant to a recoupment contract with the
District, dated May 18, 1988, as authorized by Ordinance No. 6620,
adopted July 9, 1986.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
