HomeMy Public PortalAbout07504 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7504 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lots 8, 145, 150, 162, 172, 175, Future Development, and future Commercial Development of The Meadows at Quail Creek Plat One, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Ten parcels of land located in The Meadows at Quail Creek Plat One. Future Development and Future Commercial Development as recorded in Plat Book 271, Pages 22 and 23 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 6610, Page 1071 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcels 5, 6, 7 and 8 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7824, Page 1729 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 4 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 6627, Page 731 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcels 3, 9 and 10 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 6840, Page 1171 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 Commencing at the intersection of the South line of said Lot 5 of "John Mullanphy Estate" and the North line of Butler Hill Road, 40 feet wide; thence Westwardly along said South line of Lot 5 of "John Mullanphy Estate", North 66 degrees 45 minutes 11 seconds West 153.60 feet to a point on a East line of a 10 foot easement to Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc. by deed as recorded in Book 6610, Page 1071 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Northwardly along said East line thereof North 20 degrees 56 minutes 59 seconds East 10.01 feet to the actual point of beginning, said point being also a point 10 feet perpendicularly distant North of said South line of Lot 5 of "John Mullanphy Estate"; thence North 66 degrees 45 minutes 11 seconds West 2.57 feet to a point on an East line of an easement created by "The Meadows at Quail Creek Plat One", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 801, on January 5, 1988 in the St. Louis County Records; thence Northwardly along said East line thereof North 11 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East 47.68 feet to a point on a West line of said 10 foot easement to Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc.; thence Northwardly along said West line thereof North 20 degrees 56 minutes 59 seconds East 59.70 feet to a point on a South line of an easement created by said "The Meadows at Quail Creek Plat One"; thence Eastwardly along said South line thereof South 74 degrees 02 minutes 02 seconds East 10.04 feet to a point on said East line of the 10 foot easement to Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc.; thence Southwardly along said East line thereof South 20 degrees 56 minutes 59 seconds West 107.78 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 Commencing at the intersection of the East line of Keller Road, 82 feet wide, and the West line of property conveyed to William G. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
