AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lot 22 of Westmill Estates, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in Lot
22 of Westmill Estates, in St. Louis County, Missouri, described
below are hereby vacated, to wit: The Northern five (5) feet of the seven and one-half (7.5) foot wide easement along the Southwestern line of Lot 22 of Westmill Estates, excluding the Northernmost five (5) feet thereof as recorded in Plat Book 130, Pages 22, 23 and 24 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
