AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in TM-6
Sanitary Relief Sewer (85245), in the City of Huntleigh, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in TM-
6 Sanitary Relief Sewer (85245), in the City of Huntleigh,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 23rd day of May, 1988 and
formally executed on the 21st day of June, 1988 by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1988.
