AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1074 of Wedgwood Green Pheasant Run Plat 1, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The Southern two and one-half feet (2-1/2') of the North seven and
one-half foot (7-1/2') wide easement along the North line of
Lot 1074 of Wedgwood Green Pheasant Run Plat 1 as recorded in
Plat Book 125, Pages 36 and 37 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1988.
