AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a portion of a private street, in Gemweald Estates
in Township 44 North, Range 3 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject portion of said private street, and this District has
no further use for this street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described portion of a private street:
(Morel Lane):
Commencing at the Northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to
Gaehle by deed recorded in Book 4534, Page 61 of said County
Records being also a point on the East and West Centerline of
said Section 4; thence along the East and West Centerline of
Section 4 South 88 degrees 20 minutes 12 seconds East, 260.21
feet; thence South 01 degree 39 minutes 48 seconds West,
10.00 feet to the beginning point of this description being a
point on a curve; thence Eastwardly along a curve to the left
having a radius of 168.96 feet and an arc distance of 40.75
feet with a chord of South 59 degrees 58 minutes 05 seconds
East, 40.65 feet to an intersection point with another curve;
thence Westwardly along a curve to the right having a radius
of 40.00 feet and an arc distance of 9.95 feet with a chord
of South 83 degrees 32 minutes 18 seconds West, 9.93 feet to
a point of tangent; thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes 00
seconds West, 19.59 feet to a point of curve; thence
Southwardly along a curve to the left having a radius of
85.00 feet and an arc distance of 107.07 feet with a chord of
South 54 degrees 34 minutes 44 seconds West, 100.13 feet to
an intersection point with another curve; thence Southwardly
along a arc distance of 147.49 feet with a chord of South 33
degrees 10 minutes 04 seconds West to a point of tangent;
thence South 00 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West, 123.91
feet to an angle point; thence South 17 degrees 55 minutes 00
seconds West, 236.05 feet to an angle point; thence North 00
degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, 349.35 feet to a point of
curve; thence Northeastwardly along a curve to the right
having a radius of 200.00 feet and an arc distance of 291.45
feet with a chord of North 42 degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds
East 266.34 feet to a point being 10.00 feet south of the
East and West Centerline of said Section 4; thence along a
line 10.00 feet South of and parallel to the said East and
West Centerline of said Section 4 South 88 degrees 20 minutes
12 seconds East, 42.66 feet to the point of beginning as
recorded in Plat Book 270, Pages 76 and 77 of the St. Louis
County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1988.
