AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 8 of
Executive Estates, in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement in Lot 8 of Executive Estates
as recorded in Deed Book 7489, Pages 1412 and 1413 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1988.
