AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 10 of
Executive Estates, in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10') foot easement on Lot 10 of Executive Estates,
as recorded in Deed Book 7489, Pages 1416 and 1417 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1988.
