AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Lot 8 of Richfield
Industrial Park and Lot 8 of Rufus J. Lackland Estate in U. S.
Survey 3042, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, in the City of
Overland, Missouri, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements in Lot 8 of Richfield
Industrial Park and Lot 8 of Rufus J. Lackland Estate in U. S.
Survey 3042, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, in the City of
Overland, Missouri, in St. Louis County, Missouri described below
are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Lot 8 of Richfield Industrial Park and Lot 8 of Rufus J. Lackland Estate. Parcel 1 being part of a ten (10) foot wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 118, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records being in Lot 8 of Richfield Industrial Park. Parcel 2 being part of a five (5) foot wide easement in Lot 8 of Rufus J. Lackland Estate as recorded in Deed Book 4920, Page 385 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a concrete monument on the West line of Fairview Avenue, 45 feet wide, at the Northeast corner of Lot 8 of RICHFIELD INDUSTRIAL PARK; South 7 degrees 39 minutes West along the West line of said Fairview Avenue a distance of 10.00'; thence South 82 degrees 10 minutes East a distance of 200.00'; thence North 7 degrees 39 minutes East a distance of 10.00'; thence North 82 degrees 10 minutes West a distance of 200.00' to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a concrete monument on the West line of Fairview Avenue, 45 feet wide, at the Southeast corner of Lot 8 of RUFUS J. LACKLAND ESTATE; North 82 degrees 10 minutes West a distance of 285.00'; then North 7 degrees 39 minutes East a distance of 5.00'; thence South 82 degrees 10 minutes
East a distance of 285.00'; thence South 7 degrees 39 minutes West a distance of 5.00' along the West line of said Fairview Avenue to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1988.
