AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a fifteen foot (15') wide roadway for public use
in part of Lot A of the Estate of Humphrey Dunnavant, in U. S.
Survey 1330, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject roadway, and this District has no further use for said
roadway,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described roadway: Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Lot A of the Estate of Humphrey Dunnavant with the North line of Summit Drive, 40 feet wide, said point being distant North 66 degrees 18 minutes 53 seconds West 156.78 feet from the Southwest corner of property conveyed to Richard Stieren, et al. by deed recorded in Book 7377, Page 2395 of the St. Louis County Records; thence North 07 degrees 32 minutes 19 seconds East 211.69 feet along said West line of Lot A of the Estate of Humphrey Dunnavant to a point; thence South 82 degrees 27 minutes 41 seconds East 15.00 feet to a point; thence South 07 degrees 32 minutes 19 seconds West 216.03 feet to said North line of Summit Drive, 40 feet wide; thence North 66 degrees 18 minutes 53 seconds West 15.62 feet along said North line of Summit Drive to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 1327, Page 568 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1988.
