AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($30,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Meramec River Basin-M.S.D.
Southwest to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Sulphur Springs-Nandale Pump Station
Elimination (86029), in the City of Manchester, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of sanitary
sewers is Twenty-five Thousand Five Hundred Ten Dollars
($25,510.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Dollars ($4,690.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($30,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Meramec River
Basin-M.S.D. Southwest to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Sulphur Springs-Nandale Pump
Station Elimination (86029), in the City of Manchester, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1988.
